Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the application development process and ensure successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.
  • Strong understanding of data backup and recovery processes.
  • Experience in implementing backup solutions and ensuring data integrity.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based backup solutions.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.
  • This position is based at our Kolkata office.
  • A 15 years full-time education is required.
