Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and testing applications, and ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design, develop, and test software applications based on the identified requirements.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience in designing and developing applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
