Summary:As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. Be a key player in ensuring project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead project control activities effectively.- Ensure compliance with project management standards.- Develop and maintain project control tools and templates.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Control Services.- Strong understanding of project management principles.- Experience with project control tools and software.- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with financial management tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
