Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Manage and monitor production systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges.
  • Implement best practices for service delivery.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical support to resolve system issues.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
