Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage and monitor production systems to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges.

Implement best practices for service delivery.

Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.

Provide technical support to resolve system issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Knowledge of ITIL framework.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
