Your typical day will involve providing support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and Desktop Transformation, and ensuring smooth functioning of the systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Desktop Management and Desktop Transformation.

Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely resolution to issues. Professional & Technical Skills:
