Summary:As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver strategic technology advisory services to improve business performance. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in SAP for Pharmaceuticals and your strong problem-solving skills.Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead and manage SAP transformation projects from inception to execution- Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for SAP solutions - Engage with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design/re-design business processes- Identify opportunities for process improvement, build business case and recommend solutions- Develop and present high-level solution designs and roadmaps to clients- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and build thought leadership Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Pharmaceuticals- In-depth knowledge of SAP Intelligent Clinical Trials Management (ICSM) solution or SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH)- Proven track record of successful involvement in the initial phases of SAP projects- Strong understanding of SAP solution capabilities and its integration with other industry leading systems- Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes.- Knowledge of industry best practices in business process improvement- Strong client-facing and communication skills- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAdditional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP for Pharmaceutical industry- A 15 years full time education is required.
