Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process, collaborating with teams, and making key decisions to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Develop, Test & Deploy the custom code, data migration scripts, and integrations for the migration project.

Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues or bugs that occur during the project.

Team up with project manager & business analysts and work closely to enable our cloud ops team to migrate our current Jira instances and workflows to a corporate Jira and ServiceNow platform.

The team will be expected to work remotely, but with regular communication and collaboration with our cloud ops team and other stakeholders.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the application design and development process

Ensure timely delivery of projects

Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell

3 years development experience, preferably in Jira integrations, service now platforms/extensions, and migrated data and processes.

Excellent coding, debugging, and integration skills.

Development experience on AWS, such as building Lambda functions, integrating jira or SN platforms.

Comfortable adapting to dynamic technologies, a self-starter, and a passion for technology and cloud.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Participating with On Call rotation and support activities.

Powershell

Automation experience

scripting experience

Active Directory experience

SN/Jira integration (APIs)

Good collaborator and communicatorDesired Skills:

Bash scripting

AWS console experience

Strong problem-solving skills
