Technical Experience :A:Must to have skill:Websphere Application Server Portal B:Good to have:Usage of clusters, profile creation, additions of nodes to clusters, deployment manager profile etc C:Good to have:Usage of WebSphere deployment console for application deployment D:Good to have:Usage of scripts on starting and stopping applications, nodes, servers etc E:Good to have:Load Balancing Configuration F:Good to have:Session Management Configuration G:Good to have:Security / SSL configuration
