Summary:As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.

Manage contracts and ensure effective contract management.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with DevOps Architecture, DevOps.

Strong understanding of Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

Experience in managing and implementing Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.

This position is based in Bengaluru.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
