Project Role Description :Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Key Responsibilities:A Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Absence Management B Ability to create or update functional design documents C Perform end to end functional testing D Responsible for project deliverables from offshore for Absence management E Hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore teams including end customer F Work with offshore/onshore team to ensure client satisfaction
Technical Experience:A Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle Absence Management B Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle Absence Management C Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle Absence ManagementA Experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HRB Functional experience in the following modules of Oracle Absence ManagementC Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle Absence ManagementD Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect, design, and implement Oracle Absence Management
