Summary:As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.- Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including business capability models, process models, and data models.- Identify and assess business opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.- Lead the development of business cases and feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives.- Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.- Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks.- Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining future state business solutions.- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
