Summary:As a Training and Performance Support Lead, you will lead all aspects of designing, developing, and implementing a training and performance support solution. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of training programs and providing ongoing support to enhance performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the training team, making key decisions, and providing innovative solutions to address training and performance challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Design and develop comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of the organization.

Lead the implementation of training initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and evaluation.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to enhance their performance.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and performance support.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Manage the training budget and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants.

Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools to enhance training delivery.

Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Project Management.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with learning management systems.

Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Experience in e-learning development tools and technologies.

Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Project Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
