What would you do?
Working alongside recruitment & Onboarding team to:Phone Screening abilities – Inbound and Outbound needed for screening / interview scheduling and co ordination activities.Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the Applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.Understand and analyze client process as per the business rules. Execute full range of the process accurately and timely as a hands on processor.Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. Follow Work Instructions while processingHighlight any anomalies in Work Instructions/process documentation to the SME/Leads. Participate in client conference calls, where required and manage appropriate documentation.Perform â"Root Cause Analysisâ" on issues faces and suggestCandidate with Talent Acquisition AdminThe Candidate Onboarding team focuses on administering the onboarding of new employees including all onboarding activities like orientation registration, completion of background check, creation of Workday record, etc. This role is primarily focused on performing end to end onboarding with 100% compliance, developing and maintaining required reports through data collection, validation, analysis, and publishing them according to the requirement of the clients/customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
