Summary:As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve providing consultative services, understanding customer needs, driving discussions, and ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and execute complex integrations within Workday Core to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Enhance organizational efficiency through effective integration solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Develop and implement integration solutions that meet client requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.

Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and executing complex integrations within Workday Core.

Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.

Familiarity with integration tools and technologies such as EIB, Studio, and Cloud Connectors.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A designed and executed complex integrations within Workday Core ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability to enhance organizational efficiency is required.

Mandatory to have Workday related certifications.
