Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for providing strategic guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams.

Resolve conflicts and facilitate effective communication among team members.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Conduct project reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Mentor and coach junior professionals to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Experience in leading and managing complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of change management principles.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
