Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Implement effective incident and problem resolution strategies.

Update knowledge base articles for troubleshooting support.

Collaborate with vendors for issue analysis and resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Exadata Database Machine.

Strong understanding of database management principles.

Experience in implementing Requests for Change (RFC).

Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Database Administration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Exadata Database Machine.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
