Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Ensure the successful delivery of applications within the specified timeline and budget.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle.

Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize application features and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications.

Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.

Document application design, architecture, and technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with API Management.

Strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.

Experience in designing and implementing APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Exchange.

Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services.

Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of MuleSoft applications.

Solid understanding of message queues and event-driven architectures.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
