Summary:As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will drive innovative practices into delivery, bring depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. You will be sought out as an expert, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation. Your typical day will involve using your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship. You will gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes, shaping Accenture and client strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on system configuration and customization.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.

Assist in the development and execution of test plans and scripts for system testing and user acceptance testing.
