Technical Experience :

Lead and coach the development team and product owner in Agile and Scrum practices, guiding them to uphold the principles and values of the framework

Conduct Scrum events, which encompass daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, with an emphasis on effectiveness, focus, and adherence to time-boxing

Collaborate closely with the product owner to sustain a well-refined backlog, prioritize user stories, and establish a clear comprehension of the product visionProfessional Attributes :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience

Certified Scrum Master CSM or an equivalent Agile certification
