Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and providing support to the application users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by application users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system incidents.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of critical business systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to application users.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
