Senior Project Manager(Software Projects)

• Lead the delivery of large programs or complex projects by performing specific tasks.
• Program planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling progress reporting,
• Identify and address challenges encountered during program execution.
• Provide expert knowledge and lead the program teams.
• Contribute to effective communication and collaboration within the program.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Experience in leading large programs or complex projects.
• Experience with Project Management Tools MS Project
• Experience working in Agile Methodology
• Experience in Software Implementation projects
• Experience in Airline Domain and Product Implementation is added advantage
• Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development process
• Knowledge of program planning, resourcing, and progress reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within program teams and support overall program success.
