Job Title - Associate/Senior Associate Business Operations – Payment Solutions

Location - Mumbai

Role purpose

As a Associate/Senior Associate - Business Operations, the person will be part of the Payment solutions team. He/she will be responsible for processing credit card reconciliation and Chargeback disputes. The candidate must have demonstrated experience in Reconciliation and Chargeback processing and knowledge of Card Payment systems. The position requires monitoring, understanding and analysis of the reconciliation and chargeback tasks within different platforms. Besides, this position requires to understand and analyse customer requirements in order to integrate them into our current solutions afterwards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and meet the specified SLAs as agreed with the clients on credit card reconciliation and Chargeback
• Perform tagging and reconciliation exceptions tasks and process disputed transactions received from payment partners, per established procedures, to avoid unwarranted losses.
• Analyse disputed transactions to determine the appropriate response and backup documentation requirements to defend disputes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and fraud investigation
• Support the team by resolving queries on processing issues that is resulting in inconsistent results, identify system glitches and escalate matters where needed
• Support Lead/Manager in weekly and monthly tasks/reporting requirements as assigned to him/ her.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of airline card payment solutions - Card reconciliation and Chargebacks management
• Adequate Industry knowledge.
• Should have the ability to analyse/review complex requirements from stakeholders
• Advanced and proven analytical, interpretation and investigative skills.
• Fluent in English. Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Requires strong communication and team-working skills. Ability to communicate effectively with peers as well as management.
