Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  
• Develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies using PMBOK principles.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
  
• Identify potential roadblocks and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Agile Management (Agile Methodology), Scrum (Scrum Agile Development Methodology).
  
• Bachelor's degree in BCA or B.Sc or equivalent specialization; certification like PMP would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of Digital Transformation/Digitization concepts with experience working on large-scale transformation initiatives.
