Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Responsible for Leadership Hiring and Campus hiring.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage Vendor Management and Offer Management.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organisations employer brand to attract top talent.
• Manage salary negotiations and acceptance process.
• Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualification:

• 8 to 10 years’ work experience as a Talent Acquisition role.
• Bachelor/ Masters’ degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, vendors, candidates and other stakeholders.
• Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and built a talent pipeline.
• Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process.
