Faculty Management :

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of highly qualified faculty members.
Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation.

Quality Assurance :

Maintain the highest standards of educational delivery by monitoring course quality and incorporating student feedback.
Continuously improve learning outcomes through performance metrics and strategic enhancements.

Technology Integration :

Collaborate with tech teams to implement advanced educational technologies.
Ensure seamless delivery of interactive and engaging online courses.

Strategic Partnerships :

Build relationships with healthcare leaders, research institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Introduce real-world insights and professional development opportunities to enrich the curriculum.

Student Engagement :

Develop strategies to promote student interaction and success.
Create initiatives and events that inspire collaboration, participation, and learning.

Educational Background :

MBBS + Master s in clinical/non-clinical/public health/management.

Experience :

0-5 years in teaching, research, public health, management, or academic content preparation.
Proven leadership in academic or medical education is a plus.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with curriculum development and online education platforms.
