Product Manager - IT (5-7 yrs)

Total Experience: 5+ Years Plus.

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years Plus.

Reporting To: Director Product.

Roles and Responsibilities.

- This position will work closely with the Lead Product Manager to define and write product features to be implemented by the Scrum Team.

- The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Improve organizations performance on delivering products by managing the cross functional development scope with Product Owners, Business Analyst and Scrum teams.

- Support the development of product vision, goals, themes, and features.

- This translates into a product roadmap and long-term product strategy and feature development.

- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured requirements for developers.

- Participate and help lead daily scrum ceremonies, leading refinement sessions, and engaging with your Engineering team, guiding direction and focus.
