Job Description:

- Our product managers have an understanding of and influence over all the moving parts across all functions. This enables customer centricity in our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs.
Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to prioritize features.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories, etc.).
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Regularly gather feedback from users, customers, and internal teams.
- Present product updates, timelines, and performance metrics to leadership.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Understand customer pain points and advocate for the best user experience.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions and validate product ideas.
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on insights.
Performance & Growth:
- Track product performance through KPIs and OKRs.
- Continuously identify ways to optimize and enhance product offerings.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and evolving technologies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Proficiency in using product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
