Senior Product Manager - IT (5-8 yrs)

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas.

- By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Prioritize features and functionalities based on customer needs, market trends, and business value.

- Translate market research and competitive analysis into actionable product requirements.

- Become a champion for the customer voice throughout the product development process.

- Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze market trends to inform product decisions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

- Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging.

- Monitor key product metrics (e. , usage, customer satisfaction, churn) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

- Iterate on existing products based on customer feedback, market trends, and performance data.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

- Maintain clear and concise product documentation, including user stories, product requirements documents, and release notes.

- Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and key findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience in product management roles.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
