Product Delivery Manager - IT (5-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Delivery Manager to oversee the timely and successful delivery of our product offerings.

- The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and business teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's goals.

- You will be responsible for managing the entire product delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to post-launch assessment, driving continuous improvements to delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery Management:

- Lead the delivery of products from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.

- Monitor progress and address potential risks, roadblocks, and issues affecting product delivery timelines.

- Track and report on project progress, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of delivery schedules and status.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Collaborate closely with product owners, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and expectations.

- Provide clear, consistent communication to all stakeholders on the status of product deliveries.

- Facilitate regular meetings to review product delivery progress and resolve any challenges.

Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities to improve product delivery processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

- Establish and maintain a standardized process for product delivery to ensure consistency and scalability across all teams.

- Ensure that teams are following agile and lean methodologies as appropriate for product development.

Risk and Issue Management:

- Proactively identify risks and mitigate issues that could delay or derail product delivery.

- Escalate potential risks and issues to appropriate parties and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.

Post-Launch Evaluation:

- Assess product delivery performance post-launch to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collect feedback and data to inform future product releases and enhance product delivery processes.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, project managers, and delivery specialists.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, helping teams to perform at their best and achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Delivery Manager or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e. , Jira, Trello, Asana).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among diverse groups.

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and delivery best practices.

- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
