- Set and track project milestones, manage delays, and realign schedules as needed.

Project Plans :

- Create and maintain detailed project management plans and work breakdown structures, ensuring adherence to PM methodologies.

IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio Management :

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage IT infrastructure project pipelines.

Project Status Reporting : Prepare comprehensive status reports outlining project scope, goals, budget, risks, and critical issues.

Project Schedules :

- Develop and maintain project schedules, incorporating regular updates from functional teams..

Resource & Risk Management :

Resource Management :
