Project Manager - IT Service Delivery (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As the Technical Service Delivery Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of technical projects and services within the fitness technology sector.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, product management, and customer support, to ensure smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

Your focus will be on ensuring that service delivery is timely, effective, and in alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Management :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to fintech and fitness solutions.

- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with both business objectives and customer needs.

2. Client Relationship Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Address any issues or concerns that arise, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Service Delivery :

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical services, including system integrations, software deployments, and support activities.

- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframes and budgets.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with product teams, engineers, developers, and customer support to ensure all technical requirements are met.

- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to drive project success.

5. Risk and Issue Management :

- Identify potential risks and issues in project delivery and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

- Provide timely and accurate reporting on project status, risks, and resource needs.

6. Process Improvement :

- Continuously evaluate and improve service delivery processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Implement best practices to optimize workflows and ensure consistent and reliable delivery.

7. Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain clear documentation for project plans, timelines, deliverables, and post-delivery evaluations.

- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executive teams.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years focused on service delivery in the fintech, software, or technology sectors.

- Strong knowledge of fintech products, particularly those related to payments, subscription models, or financial integrations in the fitness space.

- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. , JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Experience in working with SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms is a plus.
