Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Technical Lead to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, as well as expertise in emerging AI technologies such as AGENTIC AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph Databases, and open-source large language models (LLMs).

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team in delivering scalable and efficient AI products tailored to the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Model Development :

- Design, train, and deploy AI models for various use cases :

1. Computer Vision : Image recognition, object detection, segmentation, etc.

2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) : Text classification, summarization, question-answering, etc.

3. Generative AI : Fine-tune and deploy open-source LLMs and Private Models.

4. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) : Implement AI systems combining retrieval with generative models.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy using key algorithms (e.g, regression, KNN, SVM).

Open-Source LLM Development :

- Develop and fine-tune open-source LLMs to meet domain-specific needs.

- Deploy LLMs effectively in production environments with an emphasis on scalability and low latency.

- Explore and implement tools and frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and Transformer libraries.

Integration & Architecture :

- Integrate AI solutions with Vector/Graph Databases to enable advanced data relationships and queries.

- Build and manage MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for efficient deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering innovation and skill development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product management, data engineering, software development) to align AI strategies with business goals.

Infrastructure Management :

- Leverage cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI) to build scalable AI solutions.

- Utilize open-source frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) for experimentation and development.

Best Practices :

- Establish robust practices for coding, testing, and documenting AI solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, including AGENTIC AI, RAG, and open-source LLM technologies.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

- Proven track record in designing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and Google AI.

- Deep understanding of core ML algorithms (e.g, regression, KNN, clustering) and deep learning models.

- Experience with open-source LLM development and deployment.

- Familiarity with RAG architectures, Graph Databases, and LLMOps practices.

- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Domain Knowledge :

- Familiarity with EdTech standards (LTI, xAPI, QTI) and adaptive learning systems is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
