Technical Developer - Artificial Intelligence (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.

- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML.

- Optimize AI models for performance and efficiency.

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Work with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and embedded AI models.

- Deploy AI models on cloud platforms like AWS (Bedrock, EC2, S3, SageMaker).

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong Python skills (Data Structures, API Calls).

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, Transformers, Hugging Face models.

- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone).

- Knowledge of OpenAI, LLAMA, Mistral, Gemma, Gemini Pro, or similar LLMs.

- Experience with POC tools like Streamlit & Gradio.

- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kaggle, and AI frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
