We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the eLearning space.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex educational projects, ensuring they meet the desired quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.

This is an immediate opening based in Pune, and we are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and substantial experience in managing projects in the academic and eLearning sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple high-impact eLearning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical teams, to create and deliver high-quality eLearning solutions.

- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and resource optimization.

- Track and monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, challenges, and outcomes.

- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and facilitate project meetings with internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.

- Maintain high-quality standards in all phases of project execution, from design to development to final delivery.

- Effectively manage resources to ensure optimal project performance and quality.

- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members as needed.

Requirements :

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a focus on the eLearning, educational technology, or academic sectors.

- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external clients.

- Strong track record in managing budgets, timelines, and large-scale projects.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Familiarity with eLearning development tools and technologies (LMS, authoring tools, etc.) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
