Supply Chain Head - EMS/Eectronics Industry (10-18 yrs)

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Head will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relations. The role demands strategic planning and execution to ensure cost-effective and seamless supply chain operations that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

- Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and logistics operations.

- Establish strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and quality.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, trade policies, and ethical sourcing practices.

- Implement demand forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization techniques.

- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

- Drive digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making in supply chain processes.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive experience in supply chain management within the EMS or electronics industry.

- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, supplier management, and global trade regulations.

- Proven ability to drive efficiency improvements and cost reductions in supply chain operations.

- Expertise in ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and process automation.

- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
