Position Overview:.
- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all technology operations at abCoffee's Mumbai location.
- The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operational support for our QSR outlets, and leading technology projects that align with business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the QSR industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to integrate innovative tech solutions to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Technology Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure including POS systems, network connectivity, hardware, and software across multiple locations.
- IT Support: Provide technical support to store managers, staff, and office teams to resolve system issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.
- POS Systems Optimization: Manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of POS systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for business needs.
- Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data, customer information, and IT assets from breaches and other cyber threats.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure that technology solutions meet the requirements and are delivered on time.
- System Integration: Lead efforts to integrate new technologies, including digital ordering platforms, payment gateways, and other customer-facing systems to enhance customer experience.
- Data Management & Analytics: Oversee data storage, backup, and recovery strategies while ensuring accurate reporting and insights from store operations.
- Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, such as system implementations, software upgrades, and new location setup.
- Team Leadership: Train and manage a small IT team, ensuring high-performance levels and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT operations comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards.
Qualifications:.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in the QSR or retail industry.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with digital ordering and payment systems, loyalty programs, and customer management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing small teams.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and support various systems simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the latest tech trends in the QSR industry is a plus.
