General Manager - Legal - Real Estate/Warehousing (15-18 yrs)

We are hiring for a GM legal role for one of the Real Estate Companies ( Warehousing business), based in Bangalore.

Qualified LLB with 15 years experience in managing Non Litigation ( Major) & Litigation preferably from Real Estate/ Construction/ Warehousing Companies may apply.

Role:

1) Land acquisition - Complete knowledge of land acquisition process/applicable laws, Non - Litigation matters & Litigation matters.

2) Conducting thorough due diligence of real estate properties, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and minimizing risks.

3) Will manage Non - Litigation matters. Also, required to handle Litigation matters at a later stage.

4) Structuring transactional documents in collaboration with business development and technical teams.

5) Ensuring compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations and handling RERA complaints, queries, and regulatory filings.

6) Experience in Title Search and drafting of Development agreements.

7) To start with this is an IC role, later small team will be added

8) We are ok to hire on both On -rolls/ Retainership ( Fulltime) basis.
