Deputy Head - Legal

Job Description:

- Responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance across the business.

- Managing all Partnerships.

- Managing all Joint Ventures, Special Purpose Vehicles, Joint Developments & Development Management business models.

- Drafting of agreements, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, indemnities, MOUs, Bank Guarantees, Leave 86 License Agreements, Lease, Franchisee agreement, Legal Notice, Litigations Replies.

- Review, coordination and drafting related to title issues of the company's properties.

- Review, coordination and drafting related to title issues of the company's properties.

- Review drafting of general correspondence and to ensure compliance with Law and agreements between the company and third parties.

- Attend to and provide legal services in respect of matters and issues which may arise in any project of real estate business.

- Any other assignments given by the Management from time to time for present and future Projects.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Coordination with Solicitors & Advocates.

- Briefing the lawyers on proceedings in the matters.

- Attending cases as per business requirement.
