Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Relationship Development: Build and sustain strong relationships with key retail partners across modern trade channels, ensuring effective product representation and merchandising for Atomberg's products.
- Sales Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to create and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering consistent growth across modern trade sectors.
- Revenue Generation & Growth Achievement: Take responsibility for meeting sales and revenue targets for assigned accounts, driving growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling Atomberg products.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support product launches, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure product availability across the retail network.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay informed on competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior within modern trade, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Forecasting & Budget Oversight: Manage sales forecasting and budget planning for key accounts, tracking performance to ensure targets and financial objectives are met.
