Head - Human Resources & Administration

Responsibilities:

The CHRO will be responsible for leading the human resources function across all three plants, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Collaborate with the CEO & CMD to shape the organization's culture, mission, and values.

- Design and implement a robust performance management system to drive accountability and high performance.

- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes, including the implementation of HRIS and other digital tools.

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and HRIS management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

- Progressive HR experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role, with 4-5 years as Plant HR & Admin in a manufacturing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to drive HR transformation and manage HR functions across multiple locations.
