Job Role:
- Find new electronic and innovative method in managing payment product
- Enhance existing online payment solutions and expand range of payment product and services to achieve & increase revenue.
- Manage online solution platform and create enhance control and security.
- Enhance and customized solutions that enables clients to manage their funds flow in more efficient manner through e-channels.
- Understand clients need and work on developing existing payment product in order to offer the client a better banking experience.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholder which includes, Sales, Ops, BSG, ORM, IT, Audit, Compliance etc to align, implement, address and achieve product requirements and objective.
- Finalize and manage projects related to products including obtaining necessary approvals and development of project within timelines.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Spot opportunities in the market, along with the relationship team, to target companies, industries and sectors and sell suitable product offering for them
- Interaction with potential customers to understand the technical requirement for system integration for GTS products / services
- Structure transactions, win the mandate and assist team in formulating transaction pricing to ensure revenue commensurate with risks and administrative efforts.
- Ensure desired penetration of the product in the market by the relationship team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence
Job Requirements:
- Good understanding of the product management process.
- Immense knowledge in Payables and receivable management.
- Market knowledge and experience of CMS business with reference to customer preferences and requirement would be preferable
- Chartered Account or an Engineer with a MBA
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical Knowledge would be an added
