Head - International Accounting - CA (10-15 yrs)

The Head of International Accounts will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's international financial operations. This role will focus on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic oversight of all international accounts. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in international accounting standards, team leadership, and a strategic approach to financial management in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of international financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to senior management and stakeholders.

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for all international accounts, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on financial data.

- Manage international cash flow, foreign exchange exposure, and other financial risks associated with international operations.

- Coordinate international audit activities and implement internal controls to protect company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing international accounts team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Mandatory CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in international finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in international financial standards (IFRS), financial software, and ERP systems.
