- The incumbent will be responsible for leading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis functions. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive business performance, optimize costs, and ensure financial decision-making aligns with the company's long-term objectives.
- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning process.
- Lead financial forecasting to provide accurate and timely insights for strategic decision- making.
-Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and operational efficiencies to enhance profitability.
- Provide financial projections and scenario analysis for business expansion, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate financial KPIs, including gross margins, operational costs, and cash flow.
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and provide insights on deviations.
- Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Implement cost optimization and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing) to align financial planning with business goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and business insights to investors, board members, and senior leadership.
- Implement and improve FP&A tools for financial reporting and analytics.
- Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.
- Monitor working capital, liquidity, and debt management strategies
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking.
Key Competencies and Skills:
- Education: CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) - MUST have
- Experience: 14+ years in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion,Power BI), and cost management.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills for board and investor reporting.
