Vice President - Regulatory Reporting (12-14 yrs)

Our client is one of the global financial services company with operations across the globe. They are hiring for VP- Regulatory Reporting role who will be leading team for APRA regulations and RWA.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Production of RWA and Capital regulatory reporting and monitor end to end leverage ratio reporting.

- Identify opportunities for improvements in the process, and access efficiency; participate in change management and transformation within the process.

- People management, responsible for growth and appraisal of team.

- Develop Data Governance framework for internal usage of the regulatory team.

- Collaborate with the global team for strategic decision making.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- CA, CPA or MBA finance.

- 12+ years of post-graduate experience in regulatory reporting with global financial services/investment banking firm.

- Proven experience in RWA, Capital Reporting, and APRA.

- People Management skills.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and past experience working with global teams.
