Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and execution, driving the growth and evolution of our B2C products to reach millions and billions of users.

Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Product Roadmap & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and release.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Scale products to millions and billions of users, ensuring reliability and a great user experience.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide coaching and guidance to product managers, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top product talent.
Customer Focus & Innovation:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, deeply understanding user needs and behaviors.
- Drive innovation by identifying and exploring emerging technologies and trends.
- Implement and utilize user feedback and data analysis to drive product improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Work with data teams to create and analyze dashboards to follow product metrics.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on B2C products.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling products to millions and billions of users.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing product teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with mobile applications and web platforms.
- Experience in a fast paced, high growth startup environment is a plus.
