Job Location: Delhi, Hyderabad
The role will involve working closely with Architects, Engineers, Designers, Contractors and end-users to promote Abby Lighting products. With lighting controls gaining prominence, it will be necessary for the sales person to additionally understand the smart lighting concepts in order to make an effective pitch to the client.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will:

Build and maintain a healthy relationship with specifiers, installers and end users to ensure we provide them with all the information they require, to a high standard and in a timely fashion.

Liaise with specifiers, installers and end users to make them aware of the full product range and services on offer, developing proposals, solving problems, creating demos, dilaux reports and quotations.

Convert project specifications into orders and manage delivery/commissioning

Prepare relevant data ,attend sales meetings to discuss expected orders and potential marketing opportunities.

Ensure specifiers are updated with new developments in this constantly evolving sector

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve results

Continuously reviewing and optimizing the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve identifying areas for improvement, implementing new sales tools or technologies, and streamlining workflows.

Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead, motivate and inspire the team. The individual must be capable of setting clear goals, proving guidance, and fostering a positive and results driven culture.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for interacting with the sales team, senior management, clients and other stakeholders

Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills are essential to secure deals and maintain profitable relationships

Customer Focus : A strong customer-centric approach is vital in understanding the customer needs and building relationships

Ethical Conduct : An understanding of ethical business practices and compliance standards is critical, as the individual may have access to sensitive customer information and strategic plans.
