Billing Engineer

Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Responsible for verification of certified RA bills
Identification and preparation of extra -items.
Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
Estimating and costing
Rate Analysis
Preparation and certification bar bending schedule
Back to back contractor billing
Sub-contractor Billing.Prepare and submit accurate invoices to clients based on project milestones and deliverables
Review and verify all billing documentation for completeness and accuracy
Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget
Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with clients
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for billing purposes
Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to billing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing

Minimum 5 Years of relevant Experiences in GCC, PWD,WRD, Govt Projects
