Estimation and Billing Engineer

Job Description

• Preparation of BOQs & Estimates for Interior / Architectural Projects
• Understand project requirements and objectives to facilitate accurate cost estimation
• Prepare detailed estimates / BOQ's for residential & commercial interior projects
• Co-ordination with design team to validate quantities and ensure alignment with client specifications.
• Review quotes, floor plans, and project-related materials for budget preparation
• Understanding and analyzing Architectural & Interior Service drawings
• Checking or preparing the bills for Sub Contractors / Vendors
• Verification of quantities and quality of product delivered

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma In Civil Engineering / Architecture/Interior Design
• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in billing & estimation in Interior & Architecture industry
• Should have experience in both Commercial & Residential Interior Projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Should be well versed in all the relevant latest versions of Software's
