Job Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (Source-to-Pay) at Aavenir, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads to fuel growth. This hybrid role, based in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, or Pune, involves managing top-of-the-funnel lead generation, supporting account executives, and exceeding quarterly goals.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification

  • Represent Aavenir's products and services by understanding customer needs and conducting research to match solutions effectively.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and tools like ZoomInfo, identifying high-potential sales opportunities.

Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to engage prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Pipeline Development

  • Drive consistent top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop regional strategies targeting the USA, Europe, and APAC markets.

Continuous Improvement

  • Meet or exceed quarterly quotas for qualified leads and demos.
  • Enhance sales development processes and stay updated with best practices in SaaS and enterprise software sales.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in enterprise/SaaS software sales for the USA region.
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Source-to-Pay, Spend Management, Accounts Payable, or the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in cold calling, emailing, and social outreach; experience setting appointments and conducting demos with C-level decision-makers.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Work Environment Fit: Adaptability to thrive in a startup environment and work effectively in a hybrid setup.
